• 1 ⅓ cups of whole milk
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• ⅓ cup of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter
• 500 gr. of ground beef
• 1 medium onion
• ⅓ cup of white raisins (optional)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• ½ teaspoon of cumin
• ½ teaspoon of paprika
• Merkén to taste
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced.
• 10 black olives
