Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Raisins
• 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp Candied peel (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp Orange zest
• 2 tsp Soft dark brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Dark rum
