Spaghetti with Pantry Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/3 cup sweet onion, peeled and chopped fine
• 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
• 1 3-ounce can tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1/8 teaspoon sugar
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2-3 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1 package spaghetti
