Masala Leg Roast recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala
• 2 teaspoon Calcutta grill dust or 6 gun grill spice
• 1 tablespoon mustard powder
• Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ¼ cup vinegar
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 1 teaspoon saffron essence or toasted and ground saffron
• 1 tablespoon ground green chillies
• (I cook my roast for about 3 hours.
• ¼ cup mayo
• ¼ cup tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup mustard sauce
• Allow sauce & masala 2 thicken
