Leg Roast recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• ½ cup fried onions 🌰
• 1 finely diced onion 🌰
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• 2 tablespoon ginger 🫚 garlic @purespice_sa
• 2 tablespoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 1tbl salt
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
• 1 tablespoon ground green chillies
• 2 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 1 tablespoon dried herbs I added thyme
• 1 tablespoon egg yellow 💛 colouring
• ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon @minniesfoods Portuguese sauce
• 2 tablespoon @minniesfoods mozambican sauce
• 2 tablespoon steers tikka sauce
• 2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
• ½ cup peri peri sauce
• ½ cup chilli sauce
• 2 cups Tomato sauce
• ½ cup oil
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic ground
• ½ cup mayo
• 2 teaspoon red chillies
• ¼ cup vinegar
