Ingredients

• 2 Large Eggland’s Best eggs (Room temperature)
• 1 Cup of white granulated sugar
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
• 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
• 6 Drops of Red Gel Food Coloring
• 6 Drops of Blue Gel Food Coloring
• 6 Drops of White Food Coloring (Optional if you’d like your cake very white)
