Sausage and butter bean cassoulet with Porky Whites Sausages

Ingredients

• 6 Porky Lights sausages
• 2 onions, diced
• 2 peppers, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1 tin of baked beans
• 1 carton of passata
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
• 8 mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
• A sprig of fresh thyme
• Salt and pepper
