Yam and Carrot Kugel

Ingredients

• 1 cup grated carrots
• 1 cup grated yams/sweet potatoes
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup of either sugar or brown sugar or honey
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoonful baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon or to taste nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon or to taste cinnamon
• 1/2 cup oil
