• 1 1/2 lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes, scrubbed and quartered

• 1 (12 oz.) bottle Guinness Beer
• 4 c. Beef Stock
• 2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• 2 tbsp. Flour
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Canola Oil
