• 6 Hawaiian sweet rolls, still connected
• 1 egg white, beaten
• 1 to 1 ½ tsp. Kissed by Binchotan Japanese Chile Blend
• 8–10 oz. cooked lobster meat, cut into large chunks
• 2 tbsp. salted butter
• 1 tbsp. maple syrup
• ½ tsp. Pimentón De La Vera – Smoked Spanish Paprika
• 2–3 drops liquid smoke (optional)
• 1 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
• Lemon wedges, for serving
