Skillet crab cakes are a flavorsome recipe that can be cooked right where you catch the crabs or at a campsite. Ideal appetizer but can be a main dish also.

- Slap yo Mamma seasoning (to taste (or similar Cajun seasoning))
- Old Bay seasoning (to taste)
- 1 Anaheim pepper
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (divided)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
