Ingredients

• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2-3 tablespoons of Thai Choice Masaman curry paste
• 400ml can of Thai Choice coconut cream
• 7 dl vegetable broth
• Half a head of cauliflower, separated into florets
• 1 bok choy, chopped (you can also use Chinese cabbage)
• 300 g of raw giant prawn tails
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• Chopped green onions or cilantro and sprouts to serve
• Oil for frying
