Pumpkin Pie – Le Dolci

Ingredients

• 360g or 2+⅔ cup all purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
• 285g or 1 ¼ cup COLD vegetable shortening
• 125ml or ½ cup COLD water
• 2 Eggs
• 1 ½ cups Pumpkin Puree
• 1 cup or 200g Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• ½ tsp Nutmeg
• ¼ tsp Ginger
• ¾ cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
• ½ cup 35% Cream
