Christmas Pudding with a Difference - Deliciously Yorkshire

Ingredients

• * 1 pint mulled wine (leftover from carol singers no doubt!)
• * 8 leaves of gelatine to make the jelly
• * 2 egg whites
• * 170g caster sugar
• * 1/4 vanilla pod seeds
• * 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
• * 125g fresh cranberries
• * Juice and zest of 11/2 oranges
• * 150ml double cream
• * 320g good quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
• * 140g butter
• * 140g caster sugar
• * 5 egg yolks
• * 400g double cream, lightly whisked
• * 1 dash of Malton Sloe gin
• 7 tbsp cocoa powder
