• 1 cup refined flour / maida
• 2 tablespoons Ghee, melted
• 1 pinch Carrom seeds / ajwain
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 6 Potatoes - medium, boiled and mashed
• 1/2 cup peas, boiled
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder, freshly grounded
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, freshly chopped
