Ingredients

• 2 tsp Maizena cornflour
• 1 pinch sugar
• 800 g fondue cheese mix
• 1 kg waxy potatoes, cooked in their skins
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3 dl tomato juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• salt and pepper to taste
• ¼ tsp thyme
• 1 tbsp grappa
• 1 dl red wine
