Ingredients
- 2 tsp Maizena cornflour
- 1 pinch sugar
- 800 g fondue cheese mix
- 1 kg waxy potatoes, cooked in their skins
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 dl tomato juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp grappa
- 1 dl red wine
