Ingredients

• 3 Slices Bacon, chopped
• 1 Onion Diced
• 2 Celery stalks (diced)
• 2 Carrots (small diced)
• 2 Zucchini (diced)
• 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
• 1 14 Oz Can chopped tomatoes (undrained)
• 2 15 Oz Cans great northern beans (drained)
• 3 cups Low sodium chicken broth
• 6 cups Fresh spinach chopped
• ¼ cup Grated Parmigiana cheese
• 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (can use course ground)
