Ingredients

• 100 g stale bread, sliced on small cubes
• 1 handful of dried mushrooms, mixed
• 100 g milk, lukewarm
• 1 onion, large
• 30 g pancetta
• 2 prunes
• 1 tbsp cognac (optional)
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 tsp chives, fresh, chopped
• 1 tsp sage, chopped
• 1 egg
