Ingredients

• 250ml vegan whipping cream
• 210g coconut condensed milk
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1 heaped tsp almond butter
• a pinch salt
• 160g shortcrust pastry, pre rolled
• 1 tbsp soy milk
• 300g cherries, pitted and halved
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 2 tsp water
• 2 tbsp caster sugar
• 50ml water
