Mince Pilau recipe by Feroza Joossub Asmall

Ingredients

• 700grams mince (I used chicken)
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 medium tomatoes liquidised
• 3 chillies slit
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 4 to 5 potatoes quartered and fried
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera
• 1 teaspoon rough chillies
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
