• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• 750ml pomegranate juice
• 6 tbsp caster sugar
• 1½ tsp cornflour, mixed with 3 tbsp water
• 2-3 tbsp pomegranate seeds, to garnish
• mint sprigs, to garnish (optional)
