• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
• 2 3/4 cups (680 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoon (10 ml) instant dry yeast (or pizza yeast)
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
