Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 6 oz. shiitake mushrooms, sliced 1/8 inch
• 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
• 1 sprig thyme, fresh
• 1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
• 1 tsp. sherry vinegar
• 2/3 cup chicken bone broth
• 1 tbsp. chives, thinly sliced
• 4 tbsp. garlic & herb spreadable cheese
• 2 slices Panera® Sourdough Bread
• salt and pepper, to taste
