- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked mashed butternut squash (or pureed)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup canola oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
