• 1 avocado, diced
• 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
• Juice 1 lime
• ½ red onion, finely chopped
• Handful fresh coriander, chopped
• ½ red chill, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tortilla wraps
• 2 tbsp sour cream
