- 90 grams butter, at room temperature
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup (75g) self-raising flour, plus 1 tablespoon extra
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons milk (optional)
- icing sugar, for dusting
