Grilled Kale Salad Turnips and Bunching Onions – My MN Farmer

Ingredients

• ½ cup oil
• Lime juice
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 garlic scape, finely minced
• 1 bunch kale, leave whole with stems
• 1 bunch salad turnips – with greens, cut in half lengthwise through turnip & greens
• 1 bunch bunching onions, roots trimmed
