Ingredients

• 4 large cloves Garlic
• 1 C Pitted and halved kalamata olives
• 3 3/4 C Shawnee Best Self Rising Flour
• 1 tsp Thyme dried
• 1 tsp Fine sea salt
• 1/2 tsp Ground red pepper
• 2 tsp Instant yeast
• 1 1/4 V Lukewarm water
• 1 T Olive oil
• 2 T Sugar
