• 500 g Butternut squash
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 tspn Chopped red chilli
• 1 tspn Ground turmeric
• 400 ml Coconut milk
• 1 Carrot
• 500 ml Vegetable stock
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 tspn Curry powder
• 1 thumb-sized piece Fresh ginger
• 2 nuggets Frozen spinach
• 2 tbsp Single cream
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Single cream
• 1 handful Steamed spinach leaves
