Ingredients

• ¾ cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 lb. farfalle pasta
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces (see note below)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (15 oz.) 100% pure pumpkin
• 2 cups chicken stock
• ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
• Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
