• 1/2 tsp espresso powder
• 150ml rapeseed oil
• 2 large eggs
• 320ml sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 90g miniature chocolate chips
• For the buttercream
• 450g icing sugar
• 375g unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tbsp vanilla essence
• 3 to 4 tbsp whipping cream
• 150ml tart cherry preserve
• Malted milk balls or maraschino cherries, for garnish
