Turkey Biscuit Stew

Ingredients

• 1/3 c. chopped onion
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/3 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 can chicken broth
• 3/4 c. milk
• 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or can use chicken
• 1 c. peas
• 1 c. whole baby carrots cooked
• 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
