• (To taste) salt and fresh ground pepper
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 cups beef stock or broth
• 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1.5 lbs little fingerlings™
• 8 to 12 cremini mushrooms or 4 portobello mushrooms, quartered
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• (For garnish) fresh herbs, if desired
