- 2 cups pasta, dried
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna in vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
