- 4 tsp Maizena cornflour
- 300 g goats' cheese
- 250 g mild Gruyère
- 250 g mild Emmental
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 garlic cloves
- 2 apples
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 dl apple juice
- a little pepper
- a little salt
- 1 tbsp gin
- 2 dl white wine
