Ingredients

• For Dressing:
• 2 T - olive oil
• 1 T - apple cider vinegar
• 2 T - sourwood honey
• 1/2 tsp. - Dijon mustard
• 1/8 tsp. - sea salt
• 1/8 tsp. - coarse ground black pepper
• For Zoodles:
• 1 - medium sized Granny Smith apple, stem removed
• 1 cup - matchstick carrots
• 1 cup - red cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 cup - white cabbage, finely shredded
