Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
• 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
• 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
• 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 (16-oz) package bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
