• Prime rib, trimmed to 1 inch of fat
• 2 persons per rib, minimum of 3 ribs
• 2 Tbsp soft butter
• 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
• -------- Au Jus -------
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt & pepper to tast
