• 80 g butter
• 50 g grated Parmesan
• 4 fillet of sea bass
• 1 organic lemons
• 1 garlic cloves
• 6 sage leaves
• 1 shallots
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 350 g risotto rice
• 7 dl vegetable bouillon

• 1 sprig thyme
