• ½ cup Scallions or Green Onions
• ½ cup Carrots
• ½ cup Red Pepper
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Garlic
• 1 tbsp Ginger
• 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
• ½ cup Sesame Oil
• ¾ cup Cilantro (or parsely)
