- large jar of pickled beetroot, mine was 710g
- 250ml cider or white wine vinegar
- 65g soft brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon English mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of the beetroot vinegar marinade
