Loch Duart Salmon & Apple Tartar – Yama Seafood

Ingredients

• 350 g Salmon fillet
• 1 Green apple, very finley diced (adda a squeeze of lemon juice to keep the colour)
• 1 large Avocado
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
• 2 Tbsp Chives, finely copped
• Salt & pepper
• Cress or micro herbs for garnish
