• 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
• 1 1/2 Tbsp hoison sauce
• 1 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 4 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
• 1/2 tsp five spice powder
