Raspberry Cheesecake - California Giant Berry Farms

Ingredients

• 2 cups ground graham crackers (about 1½ - 2 packets)
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 pint California Giant raspberries
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 4 packs of cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or can scrape out the inside of 1 vanilla bean!)
• springform pan
• foil
• large shallow sided pot (large enough to fit the springform pan in with water around it)
