• Zest of one Sumo Citrus
• Juice of half of one Sumo Citrus
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 2 diced jalapeños, seeds discarded + more for garnish
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for topping
