Ingredients

• 9 large Rosemary Farm hard-boiled eggs
• 4 cups mashed potatoes
• 10 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
• salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
• 2 Tbsp. creme fraiche
• 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
