• 50 g butter
• 400 g sausages
• 1 leeks, diced

• 150 g haricot beans
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, sprigs

• 2 tbsp chopped curly parsley
• 1/5 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 125 ml double cream
• 50 ml white wine
• 100 ml apple cider
• 1 lamb stock, 100ml
• 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 3 potatoes, halved
