Ingredients

• 1.4 lb dried fruits, chopped (dates, raisins, apricots, figs)
• 1 orange peeled
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 4.5 oz coconut oil, melted
• 3.5 oz wholemeal spelt flour
• 1/2 cup almonds
