Smoky Anchovy Dip with Charred Radishes | Club House

Ingredients

• 2 tins (2 ounces/55 grams each) anchovies
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) liquid smoke
• 4 1/2 tsps (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
• 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
• 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup (2 ounces/55 grams) cream cheese softened
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh dill
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) chopped fresh dill
• 1 bunch radishes with leaves, cut in half (about 6 to 8 radishes)
